We would rather you came. But plans change, and this is exactly what happens when they do.
Cancelling your registration
Write to registration@natconodisha.com from the address you registered with, quoting your registration reference. The date we receive your email is the date the cancellation takes effect.
| When we receive your cancellation | What is refunded |
|---|---|
| On or before 28 December 2026 — 60 days before the convention | Full refund, less the payment-gateway charge actually incurred |
| Between 28 December 2026 and 27 January 2027 — 60 to 30 days before | 50% of the fee refunded |
| After 27 January 2027 — within 30 days of the convention | No refund, but the registration may be transferred, see below |
Transferring instead
A delegate who cannot attend may pass their registration to another person, free of charge, up to 19 February 2027. Write to registration@natconodisha.com with the new delegate's name, email, mobile number and category. If the new delegate falls into a category with a higher fee — a non-member taking an IIA member's place, say — the difference is payable before the badge is issued. A transfer may be made once.
How a refund reaches you
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. There is no cash refund and no refund to a different account. We start the refund within three working days of approving it; it then takes your bank a further seven to ten working days to appear on your statement. GST already paid to the government is refunded in proportion to the amount refunded.
If the Chapter cancels or postpones
If NATCON ODISHA 2026 is cancelled by the Chapter, every delegate is refunded in full, including the gateway charge, with no need to ask. If it is postponed, registrations carry over to the new dates automatically; a delegate who cannot attend the new dates may ask for a full refund within thirty days of the new dates being announced.
Things that are not refunded
- A registration cancelled because false information was given to obtain a lower rate.
- A registration withdrawn for misconduct at the convention.
- Failure to attend without notice. A delegate who simply does not arrive is not refunded.
- Travel, accommodation and visa costs, which the Chapter does not collect and cannot return.
A payment that went wrong
If money left your account but no confirmation reached you, do not pay again. Write to registration@natconodisha.com with the date, the amount and the payment reference. A failed or duplicated payment is returned in full, usually within five to seven working days of our tracing it.
