These terms govern your use of https://natconodisha.com and your registration as a delegate at NATCON ODISHA 2026, organised by The Indian Institute of Architects — Odisha Chapter (“the Chapter”, “we”). By registering you accept them.
What is being sold
A delegate registration for NATCON ODISHA 2026, 26 – 28 February 2027, at Mayfair Sanctuary Convention Centre, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It admits the named delegate to the convention sessions, the exhibition, and the meals and social events listed in the programme for the category registered under. Travel to Bhubaneswar, Odisha and accommodation are not included and are arranged by the delegate. A guest pass admits an accompanying person to the meals and social events, not to the technical sessions.
Who may register
- IIA member — a member on the rolls of the Indian Institute of Architects. The membership number is checked against the Institute's roll; a membership that is not in good standing may be asked to settle dues at the desk.
- Non-member — an architect, designer or allied professional who is not an IIA member.
- Student — a person enrolled in a recognised architecture programme, who must upload a college identity card and produce the original at the desk. A student registration that cannot be verified is converted to the non-member rate, and the difference becomes payable before a badge is issued.
Giving false information to obtain a lower rate voids the registration without refund.
Fees and payment
Fees are shown on the registration page and are charged in Indian Rupees. 18% GST is added to every registration. The Chapter's GSTIN is 21AAATT5904C1Z1. The amount payable is calculated on our server at the moment of payment; the price shown in your browser is indicative until then. Early-bird rates apply only to registrations paid in full before the published cut-off — a form begun before the cut-off and paid after it is charged at the standard rate.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. A registration is confirmed only when the payment is captured and a confirmation email with a reference number has been sent. If money leaves your account but no confirmation arrives within one hour, write to registration@natconodisha.com with the date, amount and payment reference and we will trace it.
Your badge
Each delegate is issued a badge carrying a name, a badge number and a QR code. It is personal and may not be lent or shared. It must be worn in the venue and produced on request. A lost badge is replaced at the desk on proof of identity. A badge found in the possession of someone other than the delegate named on it will be withdrawn without refund.
Conduct
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and courteously towards other delegates, speakers, staff and the venue. Harassment of any kind, and damage to the venue or to exhibits, may result in removal from the convention without refund, and in the delegate being reported to the Institute.
Photography
The convention is photographed and filmed, and the recordings are used by the Chapter and the Institute to report on the event and to publicise future ones. By attending you agree to appear in general views of the proceedings. If you do not wish to be identifiable in published material, tell the registration desk and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Changes to the programme
The programme, the speakers and the session timings are indicative and may change. A change of speaker or session is not a ground for refund. If the Chapter cancels the convention outright, every delegate is refunded in full. If it is postponed, registrations carry over to the new dates, and a delegate who cannot attend the new dates may have a full refund on asking within thirty days of the new dates being announced.
Things outside anyone's control
The Chapter is not liable for a failure to hold the convention caused by something beyond its reasonable control, including an act of God, flood, cyclone, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, strike, or an order of a government or public authority.
Liability
The Chapter's liability to a delegate, on any ground, is limited to the amount that delegate paid for their registration. The Chapter is not liable for travel or accommodation costs, for loss of profit, or for personal belongings lost at the venue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
