NATCON ODISHA 2026 sells a delegate registration — admission to a convention — not a physical product. Nothing is posted or shipped, and no delivery charge is ever added. This page sets out what you receive after paying, and when.
What arrives, and how quickly
- Immediately — the confirmation page shows your registration reference as soon as the payment is captured.
- Within fifteen minutes — a confirmation email reaches the address you registered with, carrying the reference, the amount paid, the delegate names on the registration, and the delegate badge for each of them as a PNG attachment.
- At any time afterwards — the same confirmation and badges can be opened again from the link in that email.
- At the convention — admission on 26 February 2027, on production of the badge at the registration desk, along with the delegate kit and everything else listed in the programme for your category.
The badge
Your badge is delivered electronically. Print it at A6, or show it on your phone — the QR code is scanned at the desk either way. Nothing needs to be collected in advance and nothing is couriered.
If the email does not arrive
Check the spam or promotions folder first; convention mail with an attachment often lands there. If it is not there an hour after paying, write to registration@natconodisha.com with your registration reference, or your name and the mobile number you registered with, and we will resend it the same working day.
Invoices
A GST invoice is raised against the registration and is available from the registration desk, or by writing to registration@natconodisha.com. The Chapter's GSTIN is 21AAATT5904C1Z1.
